Church of the Sacred Heart of Jesus - a Roman Catholic parish and conventual church of the Sercanki nuns located in Kraków's district I at 24 Garncarska Street, Nowy Świat.
It was built in the late nineteenth century in the eclectic style with a predominance of neo-Romanesque elements according to the plans of Wladyslaw Kaczmarski, on land donated to the nuns by Duchess Wanda Jablonowska, financed by Zofia Wolodkowiczowa. It was consecrated in 1900.
On the front facade of the church and the monastery there are sculptures by Jan Tombinski. In the monastery house at the church there is a museum dedicated to Bishop Jozef Sebastian Pelczar, the founder of the congregation of women religious. In the church, in the side chapel, there is an altar with a portrait and relics of Bishop Pelczar, and another in which the mortal remains of the founder of the congregation, Klara Ludwika Szczesna, were placed in 1995. At the altar of St. Joseph a small altar of John Paul II with his relics was placed in 2011. The main altar was made in 1899.
