Church of Saint Barbara and Saint Joseph in Jastrzębie-Zdrój - a historic wooden religious building built in the first half of the 17th century in Jedłownik. The church is now located in Jastrzębie-Zdrój, in Przyjaźń Housing Estate, where it was transported from Wodzisław - Jedłownik in the 70s of the twentieth century. It is the oldest church in Jastrzębie-Zdrój.

The church is located on the Trail of Wooden Architecture of Silesian Voivodeship in Rybnik loop.
