"Jałówka" nature reserve - a nature reserve located in the Supraśl commune in Podlaskie province, a few hundred meters north of Supraśl. It lies within the boundaries of the Knyszyńska Forest Landscape Park.

Area according to deed of establishment: 277.03 ha, Year of establishment: 1990, Type of reserve: forest, Created to protect: a valuable fragment of the Knyszyn Primeval Forest covering geomorphological systems characteristic for its area and distinguished by the richness of plant communities.
