"Budzisk" nature reserve - A forest nature reserve located in the municipalities of Supraśl, Czarna Białostocka and Sokółka in Podlaskie Province. It lies within the borders of the Knyszyńska Forest Landscape Park.

The aim of the protection is to preserve a fragment of the Knyszyn Primeval Forest with natural forest, peatbog, meadow and spring communities.

It occupies an area of 341.00 ha.
