Muzeum Złota, Złotoryja

The Gold Museum in Zlotorya was established in July 1978 by public initiative and with the help of the city government. The building at 2 Zaułek Street, which was built in the mid-18th century and incorporated into the earlier defensive walls, was chosen as the seat of the museum. It was called the Social Museum of Zlotoryja Land until 1998.

Most of the objects are from the collection of Leopold Schmeterling.
