Church of the Nativity of the Holy Mother of God - a brick filial Orthodox church located in Dziurdziów. It belongs to the parish of Meeting of the Lord in Morochow, in Sanok deanery of Przemyśl-Ogorlickie diocese of the Polish Autocephalous Orthodox Church.
Built in 1899, it belonged to Greek Catholic parish in Hoczew. After displacement of 33 Ukrainian families the church was closed. Later a warehouse was located in the building.
In 1956 the church was given to the Orthodox Church, and in accordance with the act of 17 December 2009 on the regulation of the legal status of certain properties owned by the Polish Autocephalous Orthodox Church, the church became the sole property of the Church. The church was entered into the register of monuments on 1 December 1998, under the number A-373/98.
Around the church there is a cemetery.
