Dormition of the Blessed Virgin Mary Church in Tarnawa Górna - a former parish Greek Catholic church, located in Tarnawa Górna, built in 1817.

Since 1947, after the displacement of Ukrainians, it has stood abandoned. In 1993 the object was entered into the register of monuments.
