The Evangelical-Reformed Church in Zelów was built between 1821-1825 in the classical style according to the project of architect Jan Zille, on a rectangular plan with a square tower, narrower than the body, on the western side. The building was built on a small hill, it is a clear dominant of the view, closing Sienkiewicza Street. The interior is practically devoid of decoration. The only exceptions are plaques made of dark stone in memory of Jan Hus, Jan Kalvin, Jan Laski and Jan Amos Komensky.
The attic of the church houses the Zelów Museum - Center for the Documentation of the History of the Czech Brethren.
According to the register of monuments of the National Heritage Institute it is listed as: Classicist church of the Bohemian Brethren from 1828, restored in 1971, reg. no: 431 z 21.07.1967.
