Collegiate Basilica pw. Holy Transfiguration Collegiate Church in Brzozów - a historic Roman Catholic, Baroque church standing in the land of Brzozów. It was built between 1676-1686, and consecrated in 1688. Two towers come from the years 1718-1724. It is made of brick and stone and plastered. The building is oriented, basilica-emporium, three-nave with a two-tower façade and two late Baroque chapels on both sides of the body: the first one of Our Lady of Fire and the second one of the Heart of Jesus and St. Vincent de Paulo.
