Holy Trinity Church in Osieczna is a Roman Catholic parish church in the town of Osieczna. It belongs to rydzynski deanery. It is located at Father Edward Frankiewicz Street.
Built in 1540 from the Gorkow foundation, consecrated in 1553, rebuilt in 1777 in the Baroque style, rebuilt after a fire in the years 1860-1861 by parish priest Franciszek Zajac. In the presbytery the original Gothic vaulting has been partially preserved. There are also preserved Gothic pillars with side aisles under the music choir and side walls with narrow windows. The church has two coffin portraits of Adam and Anna Przyjemski. During World War I, on July 26, 1917, two bells were removed from the church tower for war purposes. Fragments of these bells were embedded in the church porch.
