Stawisko is the name of an 18-hectare estate that belonged to writer Jarosław Iwaszkiewicz between 1928 and 1980, including a historic residence and surrounding park. The building is currently located in the town of Podkowa Leśna, and since 1980 it has been the seat of the Anna and Jarosław Iwaszkiewicz Museum in Stawisko. The name Stawisko was given by J. Iwaszkiewicz who lived and worked there until the end of his life.
