The building of the District Court in Mielec is located at 15 Tadeusza Kosciuszko St. It is entered in the register of immovable monuments of the Podkarpackie province under the number A-869 from 28.02.1983. It was built at the end of the 19th century for the county court. After the counties were liquidated in 1975, the building became the seat of the district court. Built on a rectangular plan, the two-story building is made of brick and plastered. It has two risalits: the rear one covered with a gable roof and the front one, five-axial covered with a triple gable roof. Above the central part of the front risalit, there is a triangular pediment with a stylized eagle in the frame. The building's façade has thirteen axes. The body of the building is covered with a hipped roof. At the main entrance there is a plaque commemorating the liberation of 180 prisoners from the court prison by the partisan detachments of "Jędrusiów" and the Home Army on March 29, 1943.
