Church of the Assumption of the Blessed Virgin Mary in Leszno - a Roman Catholic parish church located in Leszno, on Czarnoleska Street, in the Zaborowo district.

Built in the middle of the 17th century as a timber-frame structure. Thoroughly renovated in 1795, 1868 and 1950. Originally built as a Calvinist church. Since 1946 - Roman Catholic. Since 1974 - an independent parish church.
