Geamia Abdul Medgid was built between 1859 and 1865 by the Ottoman Government in the town of Medgidia.
Today, the gem is the oldest building in the town and one of the two Islamic places of worship in Medgidia.
The building, located at 20 Decebal Street, is inscribed in the List of Historical Monuments of Constanța County with LMI Code CT-II-m-A-02904.
