Novozapadnoe Cemetery - the central and most status cemetery of Penza, one of the largest cemeteries in the city.

Located in the area of Arbekovsky Forest, adjacent to Karpinskogo and Okruzhnaya streets.

Heroes of the Soviet Union, Full Cavaliers of the Order of Glory, Heroes of Socialist Labor, Full Cavaliers of the Order of Labor Glory, Heroes of the Russian Federation, writers, poets, journalists, scientists, artists, musicians, artists, athletes, teachers, doctors, business leaders, government officials, military leaders, honorary citizens of Penza and the Penza region are buried in the cemetery.

Eight graves are recognized as objects of cultural heritage of the Russian Federation.
