The snowy peak - the key -top vertex in the main ridge of the High Tatras, in their Slovak part. It is located northeast of the iceberg massif, separated from the ice jumper with the Wyże ice Pass. On the other hand, the snowy peak borders with the Niżni Barani Human in the massif of Baranich Rogów, he is separated from him with a snowstorm.

The snowy peak towers over two valleys: the Valley of Five Ponds and the Black Jaworowa Valley. It has a characteristic shape of the corner falling down the vertical wall towards the Wyżżnia Ice Pass. Towards the snowball pass, the ridge decreases gradually, and the following formations stand out in it: Wyżnia Śnieżny Karb, Snowy Karb, Snowy Hit Czuby, Snow Return, Snow Dandelion.

In the northwestern direction, the snowstorm leaves his massif. Its beginning is a snowy jumper. In this ridge there are the following objects : gray pass, Great Snow Turnia, Śtyrbna Pass, indirect snow turn, walls, Little Snow Turnia.
