The Refugio de los ibones de Bachimaña is located south of the Ibon de Bachimaña bajo in the municipality of Panticosa at 2,200 m altitude. It is located in a set of glacial cirques, surrounded by a great amount of ibones and great summits.
Administratively it is located within the municipality of Panticosa, in the Alto Gállego region, in the province of Huesca in the autonomous community of Aragón.
It is a mountain refuge with 80 beds in rooms with shower and bathroom. It has running water, showers and toilets, hot water, bar and dining room service, infirmary, lockers, rest shoes and multipurpose room. It also has a telephone and telecommunications system for rescue. It is owned by the Aragonese Mountaineering Federation and was inaugurated on 14th July 2012.
