Santa Cruz de la Alzina is a church in the village of La Alzina, in the municipality of San Esteban de la Sarga, in Pallars Jussá in the province of Lérida. Although it formerly had the category of parish, it is suffragan of San Miguel de Moror, although in 1904 it was again declared a parish, a category it soon lost.

It is a Romanesque church that has been quite modified over the years. In fact, the Romanesque part preserved is on the other side of the cemetery, compared to the present church.
