Bernegg Ruin is the ruins of a hilltop castle northeast of Hinwil in the canton of Zurich in Switzerland. It can be easily reached in a few minutes from the parking lot below Girenbad. It is a typical example of one of the numerous clearing castles built in the region around the Bachtel in the 12th and 13th centuries, but without ever attaining historical significance.
