It is on Rattanakosin Island, located near the Grand Palace – next to Wat Pho, by Chao Phraya River. It has Tha Tian Pier next to the market. It is also known as culture food market that sells dried salted seafood products and wholesale products. Tha tian market was the biggest trading center of Chao Phraya River on 17th - 18th century in Rattanakosin era. ()
