Facts and practical information
Hohe Riffl is a peak in the GlocknerGrup group, in high tauri in the eastern Alps. It lies in Austria in the union country of Salzburg. This peak is adjacent to Oberer Ödenwinkelscharte and Riffltor.
From the summit there is a view of GrossgLockner, Gross Venediger, Großes Wiesbachhorn and the lakes near Kaprun: Weisssee, Tauernmosseee, Stausee Mooserboden and Wasserfallboden.
The first entrance, on September 15, 1869, was made by Karl Hofmann, Johann Stüdl, Thomas Groder and Josef Schnell.
