The warmest months of the year, being the best time for beachgoers, especially those vacationing in the south of the country. The northern and eastern coasts are very hot and muggy. Rainfall may occur in the form of short-lived heavy downpours, but will not interfere with your vacation. A very good time to organize trekking and sightseeing.

The area of the Amazon Plain and the Pantanal plains are haunted by tropical rains, raising the water level in rivers and flooding some areas. You can then see them by boating.

In February/March, one of the most spectacular events takes place in Rio de Janeiro - the Brazilian Carnival. It attracts about a million tourists from all over the world.
