Dr. Brown's is a cherished soft drink brand that has captured the hearts of many, particularly in New York City and South Florida. It is commonly found in Jewish delis and high-end supermarkets across the United States. The brand boasts a variety of flavors, including cream soda, black cherry soda, orange soda, ginger ale, root beer, and the uniquely flavored Cel-Ray, a celery-flavored soda.

The history of Dr. Brown's dates back to 1869, gaining popularity initially in New York delis and Jewish communities. Cel-Ray soda, one of its most distinctive creations, was marketed as a "pure beverage for the nerves." In the early 1930s, Dr. Brown's was a favorite among many Jews before Coca-Cola received its kosher certification.

Graphic designer Herb Lubalin gave the brand's cans a modern look, incorporating New York-themed illustrations to honor its 19th-century origins. In 2013, the bottling rights were transferred to LA Bottleworks, and currently, PepsiCo produces Dr. Brown's at its New York City plant. The brand is owned by the Honickman Beverage Group.
