Shakujii Castle
Shakujii castle was a Japanese castle along the Shakujii River, in what is now Shakujii Park, in Tokyo's Nerima. The history of the inheritance of the feudal territory associated with it is the most clearly known of all territories in what is today Tokyo.
Old Cathedral of St. Joseph
The Cathedral of St. Joseph also called St. Joseph's Church is the name given to a historic Catholic church, located in Tsukiji area, Tokyo, Japan. The temple was consecrated in honor of St. Joseph. It stands out as the first Catholic church in Tokyo.
Hachikō
Hachikō was a Japanese Akita dog remembered for his remarkable loyalty to his owner, Hidesaburō Ueno, for whom he continued to wait for over nine years following Ueno's death. Hachikō was born on November 10, 1923, at a farm near the city of Ōdate, Akita Prefecture.
