St. Nicholas Church in Polana - a wooden former Greek Catholic church in Polana built in 1790.

Since 1969 it has been used by the Roman Catholic Church. Until 1982 when the parish in Polana was established, it was a subsidiary church of the Parish of the Elevation of the Holy Cross in Czarna, then it was a parish church in the period 1982-2013, until a new church was built. Object included in the Podkarpackie Wooden Architecture Route.
