Nieborak, Tatra National Park
Facts and practical information
Nieborak - a hump in the northeastern ridge of Kasprowy Wierch in the Polish West Tatra Mountains, between Nosalowa Przełęcz and Wysokim, from which it is separated by a switchback cut into only about 3 m. Western slopes of Nieborak fall to the Bystrá Valley, the eastern to the Olczyska Valley. It is completely forested. In the north direction descends from under its top depression, lower passing into a gully descending in the northwest direction to the Bystrá Valley. The stream flowing down it passes under the Nosal Mountain into an artificial reservoir before the dam on the Bystrá River.
There is no marked trail leading through the peak of Nieborak, only an unmarked path from Nosalowa Prze喚cz to Skupniow Przechód, where it connects to the very popular marked hiking trail from Kuznice to Gąsienicowa Valley. On the eastern slopes there is a ski run.
