The Neue Prager Hütte is, along with the DAV-Haus Obertauern, the Hannoverhaus, and the Klostertaler Umwelthütte, the fourth own alpine club hut of the German Alpine Club and is therefore not affiliated with any section. It is a managed category I hut and is located at 2796 m above sea level southeast of the Großvenediger in East Tyrol in Austria.
