Bela Vista
Bela Vista is one of the most traditional Italian neighborhoods in the city of São Paulo, Brazil. It belongs to the borough of Sé, and it has been a mixed neighborhood since its beginning, where free African-Brazilians and/or a mixture of Native-Brazilians, Blacks and Portuguese descendants lived.
Bom Retiro
Bom Retiro is a central district in the city of São Paulo, Brazil. It is primarily commercial but has industrial and residential areas. The district is served by Line 1 of the São Paulo Metro and by the lines 7, 10, and 11 of the CPTM. There is also a planned station for Line 4 of the São Paulo Metro.

Jaçanã is a district of the city of São Paulo, Brazil. It constitutes with Tremembé the subprefecture Jaçanã-Tremembé, marking the northern boundaries of the city. Like Parelheiros, most of the area of this borough is rural, although in the southern areas there is an urban area.

Artur Alvim is a district in the subprefecture of Penha in the city of São Paulo, placed in the eastern suburban area of the city. It constitutes in a medium-low income neighbourhood, with a mixed space occupied by residences and local commerce. It is served by the Artur Alvim station of the São Paulo metro.
