Northlands Coliseum, once a bustling hub of sporting events and entertainment in Edmonton, Canada, stands as a testament to the city's rich history in athletics and community gatherings. This multi-purpose arena, originally known as the Edmonton Coliseum and later as Rexall Place, was opened in 1974 as a state-of-the-art facility for ice hockey and various events.

With a seating capacity that once reached up to 17,100 for hockey games, Northlands Coliseum was home to the Edmonton Oilers of the National Hockey League (NHL) from 1974 to 2016.
