Facts and practical information

Pieniny National Park Pavilions - 5 educational pavilions at the entrances to the Pieniny National Park. They are located in the villages: Czorsztyn, Krościenko nad Dunajcem, Sromowce-Kąty, Sromowce Niżne, Szczawnica. In these pavilions there are exhibitions on Pieniny nature and ways of its protection, as well as on history and traditions of the region. At two of them there are gardens with species of plants typical for the Pieniny.

Admission to the pavilions is free, except for the one in Krościenko nad Dunajcem. Tourist information is also provided here and maps, brochures, guidebooks, postcards and souvenirs are sold. On the Slovak side there are also such educational pavilions: at the Pieniny Road and in Lesnica.
