Small high - Slovak peak in the main ridge of the Tatra Mountains with a height of 2429 m a.s.l. Located between the passes: Polish Grzebień and Rohatka. The first separates him from the Massif of the Wieliczka Szczyt, the second - from Turnia nad Rohatka and Wild Turnia. The peak has the shape of a blunt pyramid and is a jumper for the long-east-legged long side ridge with numerous, short branches. This ridge separates the Staroleśna and Wielicka valleys. After branching in Staroleśny, the arms of the ridge embrace the Sławkowska valley cutting between a small valley.
In the south-eastern ridge to Staroleśny Wierch there are one by one: Obłazowa Pass, Baniasta Turnia, Louis Pass, louty Turniczka, Niętnista szczerbin, Wyżnia Library Szczerbina, Walista Turnia, a deceptive bench
In the northern ridge falling on the rohat there are several small objects, which they are : Wyżnia Zmarzła Szczerbina, a great cold turn, indirect cold szczerbina, tarrhog, Niżnia was frozen by Szczerbina, little cold turniva.
Small Wysoka is available to tourists from the Polish Grzebień Pass. It is the fourth largest Tatra peak available to tourists. The trail was secured in 1892. Panorama from the top to three large valleys: white water, Wielicka and Staroleśna and the surrounding playing belongs to the most beautiful views in the Tatra Mountains. Július Andráši wrote in 1966: "Thanks to easy availability and a beautiful view of the entire Tatra Mountains, he is a small high one of the most visited peaks of the High Tatras." The southern slope is used by advanced skiers for conventions.
The name Small Wysoka is associated with the former name of the old -age peak - high. Józef Nyka in his guide calls into a question that the Old Old Peak is once called "high". According to him, the name of little high is of folk origin. At the beginning of the 20th century, the Slovak name Malá vysoká was changed to Východná vysoká.
Tourists have been entering the small high for a long time. The first confirmed winner was László Jármay, perhaps with guide Jakob Horvay, in 1888. In winter, the first at the top were Hermann Schweickhart, Otto Schweickhart and János Vigyázó 22 March 1910.
