Malé Solisko, Tatra National Park
Facts and practical information
Małe Solisko - an outstanding peak with a height of 2336 m a.s.l. in the ridge of the Soliska separating the Furkotna Valley from the Młynicka Valley in the Slovak High Tatras. It is separated from the extreme Soliska Turnia with a deep solid pass, while from Furkot Solisko - a high bench.
Small Solisko is one of the most outstanding vertices in the ridge of Solisko. In the past, Furkotne Solisko was considered a lower vertex of Little Solisko, but later it received a separate name. Small Solisko is only available to mountaineers, no marked hiking routes lead to them. Taternica roads on the top are not easy, both from the Furkotna Valley and the Młynicka Valley, and other facilities in the Solisko ridge.
