Extreme Solisko - the nastest south peak in Solisko with a height of 2093 or 2119 or 2117 m a.s.l. located in the Slovak High Tatras. Extreme Solisko from Młynicki Soliska is separated by Double Dwit Smrekowicka Przełęcz.
Extreme Solisko falls towards Szczyrbski Lake with Długi Stok. In the central part it is covered with dwarfs and piaids, while in the lower forest. At this slope, at an altitude of 1820–1840 m there is the upper station of the queue, the buildings of the ski lift and the shelter on Solisk. The ski route with a length of about 3 km leads to the south, to the northern banks of the Szczyrbski lake, where the Dolna station is located. Construction of the lift and route was completed in 1943.
Tourists have been entering the extreme Solisko for a long time, both in winter and summer. However, these entrances were not documented until 1906. Currently, the top of the extreme Soliska is a red -marked tourist trail. The view from the extreme Solisko spreads to the south, to Spisz and Lipt. The Tatra Mountains are visible, but the view is limited to the Furkotna and Młynicka Valley. On the top from October 5, 2013 there is a wooden cross about 3 m high.
