Parquesur is a shopping and leisure centre located in Leganés, about 7 kilometres from the capital, owned by Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield. It was conceived and built by the Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield group and consists of a hotel, a cybernetic lake, a park, as well as 12 cinemas. It is the second largest shopping center in the Community of Madrid, the fourth largest in Spain and one of the largest in Europe.
