The Bündner Kunstmuseum is the most important art institution in the canton of Graubünden. It is located in the historic Villa Planta as well as in the extension built in 2016 and shows mainly exhibits by Graubünden and Swiss artists. It is an institution of the canton of Graubünden. The Bündner Kunstverein is the sponsor of the temporary exhibitions and the Stiftung Bündner Kunstsammlung is the owner of the art collection.
