The Cuxhaven District Court, Deichstraße 12a, is one of eight district courts in the district court district of Stade and is located in Cuxhaven, Lower Saxony. It was founded with the establishment of the county of Ritzebüttel in 1864.

The District Court of Cuxhaven has jurisdiction over the Regional Court of Stade, the Higher Regional Court of Celle and the Federal Court of Justice in Karlsruhe. The court has central jurisdiction for all insolvency cases in the district of the regional court.
