Großkmehlen Castle is located in the southern Brandenburg town of Großkmehlen in the district of Oberspreewald-Lausitz. The listed moated castle with its outbuildings is owned by Brandenburgische Schlösser GmbH.

The moated castle is located in a four-hectare landscape park, in which there is also a pavilion. To the south of the castle stands St. George's Church, which is also a listed building. On the second Sunday of September each year, the Castle and Hop Festival is held on the grounds on the occasion of the Open Monument Day.
