Lammer Holz is a nature reserve in the city of Braunschweig in Lower Saxony, Germany.
The nature reserve with the registration number NSG BR 072 is 25 hectares in size. It borders on the landscape protection area "Lammer Bruch" in the west and south and on the landscape protection area "von Pawelsches Holz, Ölper Holz and Der Lammer Busch" in the southeast and northeast. The area has been under nature protection since January 2, 1986. The responsible lower nature conservation authority is the city of Braunschweig.
The nature reserve is located in the west of Braunschweig in the municipality of Lehndorf-Watenbüttel between the districts of Kanzlerfeld, Lehndorf and Lamme. It protects a forest area in a narrow lowland area, which is predominantly made up of marsh forest and floodplain forest-like tree stands on moist sites. The forest is free of uses and is to develop into a natural forest.
The area is predominantly bordered by agricultural land. To the north, it is bordered in places by other wooded areas, and to the southeast by the residential development of Lehndorf.
Remnants of the Braunschweiger Landwehr are preserved in the nature reserve.
