Facts and practical information
St. Laurentius is the town church of Schönberg. The church under the patrocinium of St. Lawrence of Rome and Catherine of Alexandria is brick Gothic in the core. Since the Reformation, it has been the parish church of a congregation of the Evangelical Lutheran Church of Mecklenburg; since 2012, it has belonged to the Evangelical Lutheran Church in Northern Germany.
