Germaniahafen in Kai-City Kiel in the Schleswig-Holstein state capital Kiel is a harbor basin for guest sailors and traditional ships, completed in 1998. The Germaniahafen is 28 meters wide and 130 meters long. It is located directly opposite the main train station, is directly accessible from there via the Hörn Bridge and is practically a side arm of the Hörn. During the construction of the harbor, special attention was paid to ecological sustainability. In the immediate vicinity, the high-rise center at Germaniahafen was completed in 2007. It houses restaurants, music bars, offices and apartments. At its southern end is the sculpture Adam and Eve by artist Bjørn Nørgaard.
For the annual Kieler Woche, the Germaniahafen is the venue for various events.
