Facts and practical information

St. George's Church in Kleinbottwar, now a district of Steinheim an der Murr in the district of Ludwigsburg in Baden-Württemberg, is a historic church building whose origins date back to the late 15th century. In particular, the building served as the burial place of the Lords of Plieningen and, after 1649 until about 1740, their successors, the Lords of Gaisberg. The tomb, damaged in 1913 and subsequently closed, was uncovered and documented in the late 1990s.
