Bandit
Facts and practical information
Bandit, until 2004 Wild Wild West, is a wooden roller coaster manufactured by Roller Coaster Corporation of America and located at Movie Park Germany.
Bandit was the only wooden roller coaster in Germany at the time and is also known as the first "modern" wooden roller coaster in Germany. It opened in 1999 as Wild Wild West. After the takeover of Warner Bros. Movie World Germany in 2004 by StarParks, it has been operating under the name Bandit since 2005. In the 2009 season, Bandit was out of service for a long time due to technical problems, but has been running again since the start of the 2010 season.
At the end of May 2013, Bandit was closed again because the ride behavior no longer met the park's desired requirements. The ride has been back in operation since August 16, 2013.
