Ukranenland

Ukranenland, located near Torgelow in the northeastern part of Germany, is a unique open-air museum that offers visitors a glimpse into the life of the Slavic people during the early Middle Ages. This archaeological park is dedicated to reconstructing and preserving the historical landscape of the Uckermark region as it was around 8th to 10th centuries.

The museum is set on the banks of the Uecker River, where archaeological excavations have unearthed evidence of a Slavic settlement. At Ukranenland, visitors can explore meticulously recreated Slavic houses, workshops, and a temple, all constructed using traditional methods and materials. The attention to detail in the reconstruction provides an authentic experience, transporting guests back in time to the Slavic era.
