Facts and practical information
The Mussel Minna, also called the Toberentz Fountain after its architect Robert Toberentz, is a fountain built in 1887 on the Post Square in the city of Gorlitz. The name originated from the vernacular, which so called the bronze statue standing on the marble base. The statue was melted down during the Second World War. Since 1994, a faithful replica can be seen on the fountain.
