The Ödenturm is an observation tower on a mountain spur above Geislingen an der Steige on the edge of the Swabian Alb. To this day it is one of the landmarks of the town of Geislingen. The name Ödenturm goes back to the word öde. An area about 60 m long and 15 m wide was artificially created as the location of the tower.
