The monastery church of St. Benedict is the former abbey church and current Catholic parish church in Benediktbeuern. The building is one of the first important baroque churches in the countryside of Upper Bavaria and part of the Benediktbeuern Monastery. In 1972, the church was elevated to the status of basilica minor.
