Facts and practical information
The Municipal Heath Cemetery in Dresden is a municipal forest cemetery on the northern outskirts of the city with several memorials and groves of honor. Until 2015, the Heidefriedhof was the site of the annual official wreath-laying ceremony for the victims of the bombing raids of February 13-15, 1945. It is, after the Soviet Garrison Cemetery established in 1945, the youngest cemetery in Dresden.
