Sebastian's Chapel is a former place of worship in Ladenburg in the Rhine-Neckar district in northwestern Baden-Württemberg. Originally the court chapel of the bishops of Worms, it was a Roman Catholic parish church after the Reformation. After 1875, it was mainly used by the Old Catholic community. It was profaned at the end of 2017.
