The Hersbruck subcamp was the second largest subcamp of the Flossenbürg concentration camp and existed from May 17, 1944 to April 1945. It was a labor camp to ensure Nazi arms production and was located on the eastern outskirts of the small town of Hersbruck in central Franconia.
