Herosépark, Konstanz
Facts and practical information
Herosé Park is located in the Petershausen district of Constance between the Seerhein, the street Am Rheinufer and Reichenaustraße. To the west, next to the park, was the Herosé textile printing house, which gave the park its name, until the year 2000. At the east end of the park is Villa Rheinburg, and behind it are the Municipal Children's House on the Rhine and the Rhine and indoor swimming pools of the city of Constance.
Herosé Park is intersected by a bicycle and pedestrian path that connects Constance's Old Town with the areas on the right bank of the Rhine from the bicycle bridge. The route is one of the main routes for cyclists and pedestrians in Constance, with up to 15,000 cyclists using it every day.
